  • What We Do Not Collect: We never collect or store your bank login credentials. These are handled exclusively by Plaid. We do not collect "Write" access permissions; our access is strictly read-only.

We use the collected transaction data solely to:

  • Identify and track credit card rewards and spending patterns.
  • Provide you with insights and summaries of your financial activity.
  • Improve the functionality and user experience of the Full Deck app.
  • Communicate with you regarding account updates or support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with Plaid to facilitate the connection to your financial institutions. You can view Plaid's privacy policy at plaid.com/legal.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Account Deletion: You may delete your Full Deck account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information and disconnect your accounts from Plaid.
  • Unlinking Accounts: You can unlink specific financial accounts at any time, which will stop the flow of new transaction data to Full Deck.
