Terms of Service

Welcome to Full Deck. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Full Deck mobile and web applications (the "Service"), operated by SG Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Full Deck is a platform designed to help users track the statement credits on their premium credit cards. The Service utilizes third-party technology, specifically the Plaid API, to aggregate transaction data from your linked financial accounts.

2. Read-Only Access & Limitations

Read-Only Access: Full Deck's access to your financial accounts is strictly "read-only." We cannot, and will never, perform actions on your behalf, such as transferring funds, paying bills, or modifying account settings.
No Financial Advice: Full Deck is an information and tracking tool. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Account Security and Plaid Integration

To use the Service, you must connect your financial accounts via Plaid.

Credentials: Full Deck does not see, access, or store your bank login credentials (usernames or passwords).
Security: You remain responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activities associated with it.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident to use this Service.

5. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by SG Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights in the Service are granted to you. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) or circumvent any security or access controls.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' accounts or data.
Use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Full Deck is a paid subscription service. The base subscription is $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year and includes your first linked card. Each additional card you link costs $1 per month, or $10 per year on the annual plan. Your price adjusts automatically as you add or remove cards.

Free trial. New subscriptions include a one-month free trial with full access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and billing begins at the price above. One trial is available per user.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. We will remind you before your free trial ends.
How you are billed and how to cancel. On iOS and Android, your subscription is purchased and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and is governed by that store's terms; manage or cancel anytime in your store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and store proration and renewal rules apply (for example, cancellation generally must occur at least 24 hours before a renewal date). On the web, your subscription is billed through Stripe; manage your payment method or cancel anytime from Account, then Subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling simply stops future charges. Because every subscription starts with a one-month free trial, you can use Full Deck in full before you are ever billed. If you are charged unexpectedly or something does not seem right, email us at info@sgstudios.dev and we will work with you to make it right. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund policies and must be requested through the applicable store. Any refund right provided by law always applies.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice, and any change applies to your next renewal after the notice. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SG STUDIOS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

SG STUDIOS LLC'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW REGARDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where practical, we will provide notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions) will survive. If you have an active paid subscription and we terminate the Service without cause, your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for, or the applicable store's refund rules apply.

11. Trademarks and No Affiliation

Full Deck is an independent product of SG Studios LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to American Express, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America Corporation, Delta Air Lines, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, logos, and trademarks referenced in the Service, including American Express, Amex, The Platinum Card, Amex Gold, Chase, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Bank of America, Premium Rewards, Delta, and SkyMiles, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SG Studios LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
