Accessibility

SG Studios LLC is committed to making Full Deck usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, larger text sizes, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Full Deck is currently partially conformant with that standard, which means parts of our website and app do not yet fully meet it. We completed an internal accessibility audit in July 2026 and are working through the results.

What we know needs work

We would rather tell you what is not fixed yet than claim otherwise. As of July 2026, we are addressing:

Screen reader labels for icon-only buttons and controls in our mobile app
Text and color contrast in a small number of places, including some warning and confirmation screens
The size of some tap targets in the mobile app
Layout issues that can appear at the largest text sizes
Heading structure and dialog behavior on some pages of our website

Tell us where we fall short

If you run into a barrier anywhere in Full Deck, please email info@fulldeck.app and describe what happened, what page or screen you were on, and what assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will tell you what we can fix and when.

If you need help with something in Full Deck that you cannot access, email the same address and we will work with you directly to get it done.

Assessment

This statement is based on an internal review of our website and mobile app conducted in July 2026, covering screen reader support, color contrast, tap target size, text scaling, and alternative text. We have not yet commissioned a third-party audit.
