The basics

What is Full Deck?

Full Deck is an iOS and Android app that tracks the recurring statement credits on your premium credit cards: dining, travel, entertainment, rideshare, and more. It shows how much of each credit you have used in the current period, when it resets, and reminds you before it expires.

Which cards does Full Deck support?

Full Deck supports cards from Amex, Chase, and Bank of America, including the Amex Platinum, Amex Gold, Chase Sapphire Reserve, and Delta SkyMiles Reserve. You can link an account even if it holds other cards; credits appear for the cards in our catalog. More cards are on the way, and you can request the card you carry from inside the app.

What if my card is not supported yet?

Request it. There is a card request option inside the app, or email info@sgstudios.dev with the card you carry. Requests directly shape which cards we add next.

Is there a web version?

Full Deck is built for your phone, where reminders actually reach you. The website is here for answers and support.

Tracking

Do I have to log every credit myself?

No. Nearly all credits are tracked automatically: Full Deck reads the statement credits that already appear in your synced transaction activity. Manual entry exists only for the small number of credits that live in a separate wallet or portal outside your statement.

When do credits reset?

Each credit follows its own cycle: monthly (calendar month), quarterly (Jan to Mar, Apr to Jun, Jul to Sep, Oct to Dec), semi-annual (Jan to Jun, Jul to Dec), or annual (calendar year). Full Deck shows the active window for every credit and counts down to the reset.

How quickly do new transactions show up?

Transactions sync automatically through Plaid. When an issuer posts a statement credit to your account, Full Deck picks it up on the next sync and updates that credit’s usage for the period.

Security and privacy

Is connecting my card safe?

Card connections are handled by Plaid, the same service used by major financial apps. You authenticate directly with your bank, and Full Deck receives a read-only token. We can see transactions; we can never move money or make changes to your account.

Does Full Deck see my bank password?

No. Your bank username and password are entered with your bank via Plaid and are never seen or stored by Full Deck. Sensitive integration data, like Plaid access tokens, is encrypted at rest.

Do you sell my data?

Never. Full Deck has no advertisers and does not sell personal data. The subscription is the business model. See the privacy policy for the full details.

Pricing and billing

How much does Full Deck cost?

$1.99/month or $19.99/year, which includes your first linked card. Each additional card is $1/month or $10/year. For example, two cards cost $2.99/month or $29.99/year.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial with full access. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel or change plans in your store subscription settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store > Payments and subscriptions on Android). If you subscribed on the web earlier, manage billing from Account > Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

What happens if I add or remove a card?

Pricing scales with linked cards, so adding a card moves you to the next tier and removing one moves you down. Proration follows the App Store or Google Play rules for plan changes.
