Support, card requests, billing questions, feedback: it all goes to one inbox, and a human reads every message.
info@sgstudios.devInclude your account email and, for card issues, the issuer and card name. Never send passwords or full card numbers; we will never ask for them.
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel or change plans anytime in your store subscription settings. Subscribed on the web earlier? Manage billing from Account > Subscription in the web app.
Card connections
Connections run through Plaid with read-only access. If a card stops syncing, the app will prompt you to reconnect. Still stuck? Email us with the issuer name (never send credentials or full card numbers).
Request a card
Carry a card we do not support yet? Tell us which one. Requests directly shape what we add next: use the request option in the app or email us.
Report a problem
Spotted a credit tracking incorrectly or something misbehaving? Include your device, the card, and the credit in question and we will dig in.
